For agencies and consultancies

Senior delivery capacity, under your brand.

Two senior full-stack developers who work as your subcontractor. You keep the client and the relationship; we do the building, inside your process, at a published day rate.

Quoted per engagement · volume terms from ten days a month · NDA as standard

Who we work with

The awkward middle of a growing agency: enough work to need help, not enough to justify a hire, and no time to recruit one.

Agencies with more work than hands

You have sold the project and need senior delivery without hiring. We plug into your process and your tools.

Consultancies without a build team

You advise, and the implementation needs someone who ships. We take the build end and leave you the strategy.

In-house teams with a queue

Your team is competent and overloaded. We clear a backlog or carry a workstream so the roadmap keeps moving.

Studios rescuing a project

Half-finished builds, inherited codebases, and deadlines that have already slipped. We audit before we promise.

How a subcontract actually runs

Four steps, and the paperwork happens before the work does.

01

A short scope call

Forty-five minutes on what has to ship and by when. You get an honest read on whether we are the right capacity, and a written estimate either way.

02

Paperwork before work

Your NDA and subcontract, or our template. Confidentiality, IP assignment, and non-solicitation agreed up front rather than assumed.

03

Delivery inside your process

Your repository, your conventions, your standups and your ticket tracker. Written progress at the end of each working day you have booked.

04

Handover you can own

Notes, reasoning, and the parts we would watch. Nothing is trapped in our heads, so you can maintain it or take it in-house.

What we take off your plate

Full-stack, which in practice means we can start at the database and finish at the deployment.

  • React and Node applications, including the unglamorous maintenance

  • Strapi and headless CMS builds, migrations, and content modelling

  • Progressive web apps and mobile-first front ends

  • E-commerce, payments, and order flows

  • AI and LLM integrations that stay useful rather than novel

  • Performance, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO fixes

  • Audits and rescues of codebases we did not write

  • VPS deployment, nginx, and the operational side of shipping

Questions agencies ask us

Do you talk to my client directly?

No. You stay the relationship. We work under your brand, communicate through your channels, and never approach your client for work of our own. That is written into the agreement, not just promised.

Will you sign an NDA and a subcontract?

Yes. We sign your NDA and work under your subcontract or master services agreement. If you do not have a template, we can provide a plain-English one that covers confidentiality, IP assignment, and non-solicitation.

Who actually does the work?

The two people who own the business. There is no account layer and no offshore handoff, so the person who scopes the work is the person who writes it.

What does capacity look like month to month?

We quote after a short scope call. From ten days a month we offer volume terms. You can hold reserved days each month, or book ad hoc when a project lands and you need help this week.

What stack do you work in?

React and Node with Strapi or a similar CMS, PostgreSQL and MySQL, PWAs, e-commerce, and AI or LLM integrations. We also take on maintenance of codebases other people wrote, including audits and rescues.

How fast can you start?

Usually within a week, and same-week for short advisory work. Tell us the deadline you are working to and we will say immediately whether it is realistic rather than discovering it late.

Tell us what has to ship

Send the scope, the deadline, or just the messy version. We will tell you honestly whether we can help and what it would cost.
